Refund Policy

At Candleburg Co, we take pride in the quality of our hand-poured, 100% soy wax candles. Because our products are handmade and consumable, we have the following refund policy in place.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or burned candles.

Unused and unopened candles may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue so we can assist you quickly.

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement candle, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized orders

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
